Most live events in DC are booked through the venue's in-house A/V vendor. You're not required to use them — and most of the time, you'll get better gear, better people, and a better number by going outside. We handle the certificates of insurance, load-in coordination, electrical patch, and the rest of the logistics that make hotels nervous about outside vendors. You get a real production team. The hotel gets a clean event.
Galas, keynotes, summits, conferences, ballrooms, black-box theaters. We run mixers, projection, lighting, IMAG, and switchers so the room reacts the way you imagined it. Every cable labeled. Every cue rehearsed. Every redundancy in place before doors open.
